Terms and Conditions HEAVENLY SENT HAND MADE INVITATIONS AND STATIONERY Heavenly Sent creates unique Hand Made Invitations and Stationery. There may be small variances between one piece and another due to differing dye lots, and the hand made nature of our product. Colours may vary as shown on screen to the real thing, due to different monitor settings. Heavenly Sent recommends you acquire a colour sample prior to placing your order. The invitation price includes printed insert (where shown) using Black printing with matching printed envelope, materials and labour required to complete your selection. Coloured printing is available, for a small additional fee. We do not have minimum order quantities, however a surcharge may be charged for orders under 25 pieces. All products are personalised with guest names for no extra charge. Once you have placed an order a deposit payment of 60% is required prior to commencement. Payment of the balance is required prior to delivery of your order. Payment is accepted via PayPal, direct bank deposit or cheque. All prices are subject to change without notification prior to the receipt of a deposit. All prices are shown in Australian Dollars. At commencement of your order, no refunds will be issued should you cancel your order. Should errors be made by Heavenly Sent, we will replace the item. However, if errors are made by you after we have sought final approval of the proof, or changes made after final approval, additional costs will be incurred. Heavenly Sent does not take any responsibility should wording and layout be incorrect after your authourisation has been granted. It is your responsibility to make sure all wording, font selection and guest names and addresses (where needed)be correct. It is also your responsibility to ensure all spelling and names provided are correct. All orders are posted via Australia Post. Should Express Post be required it will be charged accordingly. Delivery time is additional to the time required by Heavenly Sent to prepare your order so please take this into consideration. All parcels are packed carefully in boxes with bubble-wrap, however please note that Heavenly Sent cannot be held responsible for loss/damage or delays cause by any third parties. Delivery Charges are based on total weight of your order. The delivery fee will be additional and will be confirmed with you prior to despatch. Heavenly Sent will under no circumstances disclose your personal information to any third party. Your personal details are kept strictly confidential.
